Working today on more photos from the beautiful wedding celebration of Greg and Lissette. Here’s a preview:
Last Sunday, I participated in The Ultimate High End High Fashion Workshop organized by Max (MaximoPhotos). It was a great experience to work with agency models supported by DUROSEAu Couture Designer, makeup and hair team. Also it is so cool to shoot and network with other talented professionals who like fashion. Here are a few quick snaps from this workshop.
Another beautiful wedding at Leonard’s of Great Neck. Shanika and Patrick are very nice couple and I had such a great time shooting their Special Day. Thank you guys!
Last Friday I had a great time photographing Amanda and Edward’s NYC City Hall wedding. They were a very beautiful, nice and friendly bride and groom. I took some photos while Amanda and Edward were waiting to get married. After the City Hall ceremony we took some photos in the area. It is the perfect example of how you can still have a gorgeous day even if it’s cloudy and rainy!
I visited New York 10th annual Home Design Show 2011 yesterday. I really enjoyed the show and killed two birds with one bullet – First, for me as for an event and wedding photographer it was very interesting to see 45 table installations at DIFFA’s DINING BY DESIGN NY (amazing design by David Rockwell, Evette Rios, Donald and Katherine Lanziero, Arpad Baksa, Eric Warner, Stefan Beckman, Ethan Allen, Scandia Home, Eric Corey Freed, Donna Karan Lenox and Neiman Marcus, and other designers). Second, it was a good chance to field test my two new prime lenses: compact, lightweight ultra-wide Voigtlander SLII 20mm 3.5, and new amusing, recently-released Nikon 85mm 1.4G So, all photos below were taken using this two lenses.
A little over a year ago, I shot Maya’s maternity photos and now some update – Steven’s First Birthday party preview
If you would like photographs of your children that are unique and different I would be glad to shoot them and your family. You can reach me at the contact link above or call me at 646.620.2213. I am still booking portraits, children, families, maternity, and lifestyle and weddings for 2011. Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. When I have a chance, I always like to go somewhere on streets to take some pictures of people dressed in Halloween costumes. Yesterday I didn’t have time to go to Halloween Parade in Manhattan, so I took a camera and just walked to 86th Street not far from my home in Brooklyn.
It was another awesome wedding to shoot, and I took lots of photos for Tiffany and Lawrence. Here are a few from this fun Wedding Day.
Preview from Grace and Christopher Wedding. The ceremony took place at St. Sebastians’s Church, Queens NY, receptions at The Watermill Catering Hall in Smithown, Long Island.
Last week I had a great opportunity to shot at the Indian Wedding. Actually it was mixed Irish and Indian Wedding as a bride was an Irish and groom was an Indian. So I shot two ceremonies in one day – Indian and Western (Christian). Though I’ve photograph a lot of western weddings before it was my first experience with a traditional Indian ceremony. The wedding took place at Midtown Loft located at 29th and 5th avenue in Manhattan that provides the perfect space for weddings and other events including a terrace with wonderful view on the city with Empire State Building just in several blocks away. The Indian Wedding Ceremony was so colorful and festive looking. Here are a few preview samples from this day.
Here is sneak preview from Joanna and Omar wedding. Ceremony: St. Francis of Assisi (Manhattan, NY), Photo session:
NYC Highline Park, Reception: The Lighthouse (Chelsea Piers, Manhattan, NY)
